Marissa Viacava-Schultz, FPQP®

Since my early years in Lima, Peru, my passions have been math, chemistry, and physics. My dad was a mathematician and my mom a distinguished professor. They supported my “hobbies”, so I was able to spend much of my time solving complex and interesting problems.

That turned into a passion for helping others learn to solve complex problems, which I parlayed into tutoring kids who were struggling in my classes. I found that very rewarding.

My first job after attending the university was at Santander Bank in Lima. My knack for solving complex problems and my drive to help others quickly helped me gain a series of promotions before a California vacation changed my life forever. That’s when I met my future husband of 21 years and counting.

Working at Harris Private Wealth as a client experience coordinator, my drive to solve and support challenges has helped a constant flow of happy clients, which feeds my reward addiction, which helps drive better client support. I love getting up in the morning and logging in early – yes, even on Monday.
